MSE - can't alter items to display or run

Description

MSE crashes if you try to select less groups to display in the Output Run MSE, or PLots - get unhandled exception error as follows

Invalid Argument=Value of "12" not valid for index. Parametr name: index.

This was an issue for build 6.0.7.0313 but has been fixed by 6.0.7.0317
