Resizing the Basemap throws an error

Description
Try resizing the basemap to bigger (I didn't try smaller) you get an assert from the two MessageHandlers?
Debug.Assert(False, Me.ToString? & .SendMessage(cMessage) Error thrown by an interface message handler.)
The map does not appear to be resized when I reopened the database it opened but had an error in one of the layers................ I gave up
