Ecosim Sums of Squares not calculated

Description

This just started happening. I compiled and loaded a new time series file, ran ecosim, but no SS was calculated. This also prevented me from using the fit to time series interface as each vulnerability change, and model run, resulted in SS=0. Could this be caused by something corrupt in my .csv file?

must be my time series file. An older file works.

The SS is working in all the data I have looked at.
