Mitsuyo MORI: F values for individual groups this does not seem to be read by ECOSIM

I'm currently testing EwE6 and there is one problem I found.
When I try to run ECOSIM, with giving some F values for individual groups,
this does not seem to be read by ECOSIM, and nothing happens to the
trajectories when I try to run the model (giving very high Fs or very low Fs
to any individual group, makes nothing change!). However, if I give some
values for fleets, ECOSIM seems to read it and starts giving some
plausible trajectories.

Now is this something to do with my Japanese OS windowsXP not matching with

EwE6 or any other reason you can think of?

Fishing mortality data makes it from the GUI to the core and back, but is not correctly passed to Ecosim

FishingRateNo?() was getting overwritten with default values in cEcosim.Init()
