Cannot disable Forcing Timeseries

Forced Catches time series (most likely all forcing time series) will not disable when their enabled checkbox is unchecked after loading in the time series form.

To recreate

• Load Lab 4 Cod Seals (from EwE5 fish501.mdb)
• Load the attached time series data (Lab 4 Seals catch forcing.csv).
• Run Ecosim .
• In the Time series dialogue uncheck the time series, but leave it loaded this should disable the time series data.
• Run Ecosim the output will be the same as when the time series was enabled.

The forcing time series data is now cleared from memory when ever time series data is changed via cTimeSeriesDatastructures.DoDatValCalculations()
