Pyramids still fail to launch sometimes. It seems that this occurs on some Windows 7 or XP (but not all) systems that do not use the decimal points for formatting numbers.

The error message that Windows returns when trying to launch the pyramids application through the Shell is wrong. I've changed the code to receive better diagnostics, which reveals that the pyramid application cannot run on Windows 64 bit machines. Windows 7 32 bit should have no problem.
This issue can only be fixed by reprogramming the old impacts, pyramids and flow diagram applications in a .NET environment
