Regions out of MPAs

Hola,
Few issues I have encountered when I made Regions out of four hand-drew MPAs in the basemap.

1. When I look at the description tables when you edit them, the Count is 0 (zero).
2. Also in the basemap right panel it appear Regions (1), when meant to be 4?
3. When I click in the "eye" for the only one listed, a zero symbol appears in the whole non-land basemap
4. Also when you double-click into the pattern box, the system bomb out with the dreaded error message (Unhandled exception....)
