Labels on Ecospace output map badly visible and static

Description

On the results maps in the Run Ecospace form I cannot see labels for fleets. Moreover, labels cannot be repositioned like in EwE5, nor can colours be changed.

Made pragmatic fix. Labels can be positioned to one of 9 predefined locations; horizontal left, centre and right, and vertical top, centre and bottom. Labels can be toggled on or off, and label colours can be inverted (black by default, white inverted)

Note that the original colour should be read from the style guide, and a proper invert should be calculated.
