Ecosim – show/ hide groups is not saved when a scenario is saved.

JS: it would be easy to do this, but the setting is not part of the model data. It's a pure GUI setting that is not preserved. Best approach would be to save and load group visibility settings using XML settings, called 'profiles' - OR allow users to have several show/hide profiles to quickly rotate through in the UI.
