Ecospace sailing cost not computed per fleet

Description

I cannot select or view the differences in the distribution of ports and sailing costs for each fleet - the selection box for each fleet at bottom right doesn't not provide a view for specific fleets. All I have is all ports shown around all coasts and one sailing cost map.
