Particle Size Distribution flag is not reset when loading a new model

Description

To reproduce:

  • Load a model
  • Go to the Ecopath Parameters form, and check 'Enable PSD' check box
  • Load another model
  • Go to the Ecopath Parameters form again

The 'Enable PSD' check box should NOT contain a check mark now
