CPUE time series not scaled to biomass trajectories for some series

Reported by: cathyb Owned by: cathyb

Component: Ecosim Version:

Description

I found that a couple of my time series for CPUE were not plotting properly whereas they had in 5 i.e. the predicted biomass trajectories were somewhere through the CPUE data points in 5 but quite far off in 6. But only for those two series. When I examined the data points, they were 2-3 decimal points i.e for example 0.003 whereas all other data were usually several orders of magnitude higher e.g. 1.3 or 13 etc. The difference in scale was because I had used different data to calculate them and the results were way different from my other CPUE estimates. Is there a new requirement on data in order for time series to work correctly? I will recheck my data to see if they can be improved.

Cathy, We address the scaling issue after this. Did the fix address this bug? Do you mind checking and resolve as fixed? Thanks.

Hi Sherman

Had a closer look at this one just to check . Everything seems to be working ok. I checked my cpue data on the plots and all looks fine. I may have changed the cpue data since that bug was lodged but seems ok now.
