The time series data plot on the main Ecosim run plot incorrectly

Description
They are one year out i.e data plot on the next year. However, the individual Ecosim plots (for each species or group) appear to plot the time series correctly i.e for the right year.

Jeroen and I find that our Ecosim Graph Time series are plotted on the correct year. We are using the Georgia Strait (from EwE6 install) and a sample test database. Both of which works. Do you mind looking over this bug? And closing/reassign this?
