Time series import should immediately Apply

When importing a time series it should be applied immediately, shouldnt be necessary to load it.

When I import a time series, it imports and then goes back to a blank screen (in the time series interface) meaning nothing has been applied automatically.
I dont see this as a problem that it should automatically load and apply, but I think Villy would like it that way, and it doesnt do that yet :-)

You were so right... a tiny bug slipped in when I merged the load, apply and import TS dialogs into one. Fixed, and will be available in the next release. Great catch.
