Import time series

When reading a time series csv file it should not matter what the first 3-4 lines, first col are called. These are just headings. I couldnt read a csv file because I had group no instead of pool no or whatever it should be called.

After build 6.0.3.14: I tend not to agree. The heading weight does matter; it is not intuitive to interpret make only one out of four headings.

I changed the logic that the pool code line is accepted if the header text begins with either pool or group
