Fit to time series crashes when changing number of blocks

Once the sensitivity search has been run and the main Fit to time series interface has been updated reducing the number of blocks causes ucVulnerabiltyBlocks_Paint() to crash. The error is caught and an Assert is fired.

To reproduce this run the sensitivity search and update the Fit to time series. Then, on the Fit to time series form, make the number of blocks smaller.
