remarks bar does not have scroll option

if you peg the remarks tab up to read comments, there is no scroll bar to let you know how far down your comments go. I tend to write a lot so basically you have to use arrows. Not a big deal, but sometimes you forget how much is in the cell.

Hmm, interesting, there is a scroll bar on my machine. And it is in the code ;) However, you might be having an issue with the dock panel layout; I am not sure. I'd love to see a snapshot of your screen. I'll email you mine.

I can peg the remarks bar open and scroll manually with the up and down arrows, but there is no indicator to let me know that there are more options below. I think you were going to add a scrollbar...(but it's not there :-)
