TS import dataset name not correct

Description

When importing a timeseries dataset, it should be given the name of the csv file (w/o .csv).

Fixed after build 6.0.3.10

The default name for a dataset imported from the clipboard may not proper yet, simply because the link to the original source is lost. We'll hear what VC has to say about that.
