Basemap - pen size carried over

I loaded a scenario with only four cells so the pen size was huge. HUGE. ok.

But when I switched to a different scenario with 100s of cells, the pen size stayed HUGE, even on the smallest setting. Eventually I clicked around on the slider and got it to change but not before a few comical moments of having only limited control of my mouse (more like an elephant) with its outsized cursor spilling over the edges of the form.

Related to this probably. When I try to create a new Ecospace scenario, the number of cells in the new scenario is carried over from whatever the last one was. Shouldn't there be a default that is used every time?

Pen size is indeed not reset
Basemap size carried over is related to another bug that has been solved and will show up after build 6.0.3.7

pen size automatically resizes itself when you create a new scenario.
