Stock recruitment plot 'S/R plot' will not draw

Open the SR plot before running Ecosim, there will be no data to plot so the plot will be empty. Then run Ecosim and return to the SR plot form. This time there should be data but the plot will still be empty.

I'm guessing here but, this is probable because the data is loaded in the forms constructor and never reloaded. The form either needs to, reload on each activation, or listen for an Ecosim run message and reload in response to that.
