Ecospace forms not changing when new scenario loaded

'Assign habitats', 'Disperal' and 'Ecospace fisheries' forms do not refresh there data if a new scenario has been loaded once they have been opened.

Fixed after build 6.0.3.3

when selecting a new scenario and the interfaces are already open, they default back to the blan map, no selections etc.
