Description
There is no longer the ability to estimate V by trophic level, or the wasp-waist scenario.<br />
I just want to make sure these were intentionally left out....<br />
Wasp-waist will not be implemented in EwE6<br />
Estimate V's is not implemented yet. This needs to be discussed.

This is a clone of an old issue (#124) which got damaged when Fang's account was deleted. This issue is closed after build 6.0.3.14
