Vulnerabilties grid does not show new values when a different Ecosim scenario is loaded

Description
To reproduce:
- Open an Ecopath model with diet info (duh)
- Open an Ecosim scenario
- Open the Vulnerabilties grid
- Open another Ecosim scenario
The vulnerabilities grid will not update; you'll need to close and reopen the grid for changed values to be shown
The grid was not connected to EwEGridRefresh
