Ecospace Depth map does not contain land cells

When loading an Ecospace scenario, the basemap depth data does not refect land cells.

Problem due to new database structure; db only stores water cells. Prior to reading a map all cells are initialized as water. As a result, land cell depths are not set.

Yes, this is true. This was changed to reflect land cells. One was not able to draw null values, thus I put a quick fix in there to convert the entire Depth data into Land cells. Needs to be fixed as basemap progresses!

version 6.0.3.7 Ecospace basemap works well, all features are clear. No issues
