New Ecospace scenario fails to load

I created a new Ecospace scenario in Tampa Bay and defined some habitats. After closing and reopening the software then loading New scenario none of the Ecospace forms would open.

I opened another existing scenario - all the forms open.

I tried again to load New Scenario and got the message InitSpatialEquilibrium()Error: Index was outside bounds of the array

Habitats are now created in a different way, which got changed with the basemap overhaul. Please re-test this.
