Several problems with Policy search

1. Typo on the word Portfolio it is spelt Portforlio on the form.

2. Drop down menu in Optimization approach: Cant read the whole of the drop-down menu options (words are cut off)

3. You used to be able to black out some years by clicking on the black colour square then clicking the number of the year(s) you wanted blacked out. Similarly, you could manually apply colour blocks by clicking the name of the fleet. The selected colour would be applied.

4. There is no grid under Value component / Rel. weight on the objectives tab - users cannot define objective function

5. No results appear after running the search

6. CRASH when I try to double click in the grids in the bottom right panel (`Editor not attached to the grid, call AttachEditorControl? first)

7. the jobs/catch value and Mandate rebuilding grids should have the left hand columns filled in already (with fleet names/group names respectivly). There should be default values.

8. Max fishing mortality: has no grid yet.
