Other production- cannot enter negative numbers for biomass accumulation

Description

I can enter positive numbers and get the desired effect, but I cannot enter negative numbers for biomass accumulation or biomass accumulation rate. I cannot see why I would need a negative number for any of the immigration rates as a negative to one would be a positive to another.

Still cannot enter in a negative number for biomass accumulation, or biomass accumulation rate. If I try to enter in a - #, the 0 in the cell changes from black to tan. I can still enter in positive numbers fine

BiomassAccum? and BiomassAccumRate? now accept negative values, which enter, store and load fine.
