Commenting Cells in Basic input- comments not automatically updating

Description
Comments- Comments are not showing up for cells that already contain a value, or if they are shaded. If a cell is empty, you can add a comment and add a numerical value on top of the comment, but you cannot edit the comment.

Fixed after build 6.0.0.17. Remark value changes were updated in the core and database but failed to be correctly reflected in the GUI
