Numeric up/down controls not blocked entirey from editing

Description

When representing blocked input variables, N.U.D controls are set to 'readonly' mode. This blocks the text field, but still allows the control content to be edited through the up/down buttons.

This bug has been part of EwE6 for 12 years. Can't believe that we only found it now. Aargh.
