Effor ShapeGrid does not handle the 'all fleets' shape correctly

Description

The 'all fleets' shape needs special treatment, where its edits apply to all fleets at once. It is better to hide the 'all fleets' shape here, because the UI provides several ways to edit shapes - also in bulk
