Protect shapes defined through a primitive

Description

Shapes (forcing functions, mediation functions, price elasticity functi0ons, environmental response functions, etc) in Ecopath and Ecosim can be sketched, but can also be defined via a primitive.

When a shape is defined through a primitive users should not be able to sketch on top, or change the point values. The UI should prohibit this
