Lindeman spine does not immediately respond to font changes

Description

Fonts in the NA Lindeman spine can be adjusted via the "graphs and charts" settings in the options panel, but only get applied when the options UI is closed. It would be most helpful if the lindeman spine also responded when options are applied.
