Description

Many forms in Windows have problems with (partially) obscured items, and scroll areas in forms mismatching available space, when the Windows scaling of text, apps, and other items is set to any other value than 100%

Resolution set to fixed

First round of bulk changes have been made. We'll need funding to do this properly on a per-form basis. This would best coincide with a GUI translation project
