The Shannon Diversity Index is much more recognized than Kemptons' Q, which is currently implemented in EwE. We need to add the Shannon index, and allow users to choose whether they prefer to use Shannon or Kempton's Q.

Implemented as such:

The Ecopath model parameters form has a new option to select which indicator should be used throughout the EwE UI. By default, new models will use the Shannon index
Ecopath statistics and Network Analysis Ecosim plots show only the selected indicator
Ecosim CSV output writes both indicators
Diversity Indicators plug-in shows both indicators for Path, Sim, Space and MCMC
