The Shannon Diversity Index is much more recognized than Kemptons' Q, which is currently implemented in EwE. We need to add the Shannon index, and allow users to choose whether they prefer to use Shannon or Kempton's Q.

Implemented as follows:

The Ecopath model parameters form has a new option to select which indicator to use throughout the EwE UI. By default, new models will use the Shannon index
Ecopath statistics and Network Analysis Ecosim plots show only the selected indicator
Ecosim CSV output writes both indicators
Diversity Indicators plug-in shows both indicators for Path, Sim, Space and MCMC

We do not wish to issue database changes anymore at this stage in the Beta. As such, the indicator selection will NOT be saved with the model. This will change in the next release
