Stepwise fitting eradicates all forcing

Description

When running its hypotheses the Stepwise Fitting plugin seems to reset all forcing functions. This should not happen; only PP anomaly functions should be reset

The stepwise fitting clears too many FFs as a precaution, and does not restore the functions after its run
