Stepwise fitting reset vulnerabilities prompt

Description

After every run the Stepwise Fitting procedure prompts if I wish to reset vulnerabilities. This should not happen; vuls should always be reset automatically.

If I answer "no" the current iteration will fail and the run will be aborted.
