Need explanation what grid cell statuses mean

Description

The grids throughout EwE may show different cell foreground and background colors, may hide text, and may be locked for input. This is not overly informative; users must be provided with some kind of legend to figure out what state a cell is in.

Added an information section to the remark panel that can be shown or hidden. The visible state is persistent between EwE sessions.

The information panel shows allowed value range for selected value(s), shows extra descriptive data if available, and shows an explanation of the status that the selected variable is in.
