Advection wind and upwelling are not saved

Description

I can't save wind and upwelling in the advection box, I have to recreate it each time I open the model, and it seems that it doesn't affect the dispersal (i'm trying to make a current going northwards, but the pelagic stanzas are being advected towards the default direction.

Brilliant, this data was simply never saved. Fixed, will be available in 6.5
