Cannot edit Wind, MLD and Upwelling data

Description

The advection user interface allows sketching of Wind, Mixed Layer Depth and Upwelling data, but there is no interface to directly view and edit the values in these layers.

The three layers in the advection form now have an 'edit' button that shows the actual layer data in the standard 'Edit layer' dialog. A special provision was made for the vector data (such as Wind), which has an X and Y velocity component.

Note that the appearance settings do not allow users to change the color of the upwelling positive and negative vectors. Also, the style of the wind arrow cannot be changed as well. That is for later, if ever...
