Ecosim plot catch by fleet is inconsistent

We are having some trouble with Ecosim plotting catch by fleet. I’m not sure if you have seen this before, but I recall seeing it a while ago. The two screen dumps show the problem – in the first the catch by fleet is shown correctly, while in the second (cod) we do not see the catch by fleet at all, despite there being several fisheries that catch it.. (its just black)

Looking at the model, a big clue might be that it occurs for those species that have Fishing mortality time series being used as a driver, rather than their mortality being derived from the relative effort series of the fleets that’s target them
