Graphs should only show visible items in the legend

Description
When changing the visible items in a plot the legend should not show items that are not displayed in the graph. To reproduce:
- Load an Ecospace scenario
- Run Ecospace
- Switch to the biomass plot and show only a selected group
- Make sure the legend is shown
This will reveal a legend with all groups which is misleading
