Monte Carlo CV values of 0 result in strange upper limits

Description

When set CV of B, p/B or Q/B as 0, the upper limit automatically change to 10 times as the mean even after I copy and paste the mean. This would not be a big problem because I found the parameters with CV 0 did not change at all based on the output of MC runs.
