Monte Carlo does not take multi-stanza relationships between groups into account which gives unrealistic results

Part of this bug is related to #1110. The MC input interface does not block out any cells in its input grids, and thus gives the impression that any multi-stanza value can be varied. This is not the case; only leading B and leading Z groups should be varied by MCMC, which then are passed through the regular stanza calculations. This has now been fixed in the interface, and may have solved the entire issue.
