Depth layer editor not intuitive

Description

The option 'do not edit coast line' is confusing when editing a depth layer in a map in Ecospace. The option now automatically checks when water is selected which is coutner-intuitive.

Fixed; the option disables when land is selected, and enables when water is selected. The option is no longer automatically checked or cleared.
