Price Elasticity default shape label

Description

The default label for a price elasticity shape should be something like

"Price elasticity of supply"

I do not agree, landings shapes are generic and not just catered to one use even though we only have one use implemented. I have implemented the change, but the default shape name will probably change if landings shapes are ever used for another purpose.
