We should include beta functions (​http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beta_distribution) to the Ecosim shape value interface, using all available parameters YZero and Yend, changing YBase to α and Steepness to β

A Beta distribution has been added to the NextRelease? branch there is an 'a' and 'b' parameter but no Y Zero Y End parameter
