Value Chain result grid does not show values per fleet

Description

The Value Chain results grid shows all 0 values for any fleet other than <all>.

To reproduce:

  • Load a value chain model with multiple fleets
  • In Parameters, check 'Produce results per fleet'
  • In Run Value Chain, run Ecopath

The result grid should show values

  • Select a fleet other than <all>

The result grid will show zeroes.

A bug in the code only allowed fleet contribution ratios to be calculated for Ecosim. Values per fleet where steadily multiplied by 0 when running Ecopath.
