Add warning when a time series dataset contains both Effort and F series

Description

If a time series data set includes both Effort and F there is now way of knowing which to use. In this case the code decides arbitrarily which time series sets the F values.

A warning could be issued.

F will take presidents when both F and Effort are in CSV file
