Append the Type number to the Times series Type in the Time series Values dialogue (Feature)

Description
In the Time series Values dialogue added the Type number to the to the name i.e. "RelBiomass? (0)". This will make setting up a CSV input file easier right now there is no way to tell what Type the number in the input is.
